What counts as an active gallery?+
Any gallery that is open or waiting on picks. Close one and it frees a space for a new gallery.
Do clients pay or create accounts?+
No. Only the photographer has a Pique account; clients just use the private gallery link.
Where are source images stored?+
In your own Dropbox. Pique only remembers which photos are in each gallery and which ones your client picked. It never keeps a copy of your library.
What does Coming soon mean?+
Features we have committed to building but have not shipped yet. We do not publish dates until the work is ready.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Manage your plan, payment details and cancellation any time from the billing page in your dashboard. New galleries follow whichever plan you are on when you create them.
